Once a Marine, always a Marine. Marines live by this slogan from the time we graduate to long after we leave active duty. It is not our official motto, but we wear it as a badge of honor.
I spent six of the best years of my life in the U.S. Marine Corps as a structural and hydraulics mechanic for the CH-46 helicopter, and C-9 and C-12 passenger airplanes. I learned many life-altering skills as a Marine, from the traits and principles of leadership to the basic fundamentals of conducting oneself in a respectful manner.
We believe, “We are courteous to our seniors because we are aware of their greater responsibilities and authority. We are courteous to our juniors because we are aware of their important contributions to the Navy’s mission.” We extend the last part of that phrase to say, “We are courteous to our juniors because we are aware of their importance to the future of our society.”
Our official motto, Semper Fidelis—always faithful—best describes a Marine.

• Lead process revalidation efforts for processes with high reject rates o Conducted training on process validation.

• Provide guidance and training to grinding department.
• Develop team member to attain measurable goals while maintaining a high-quality work.
• Lead continuous improvement effort to achieve cost reduction goals.
• Lead process monitoring activities using various SPC tools – run chart, process capability charts, p-charts.
• Conduct root cause analysis using, 5 Why’s, 8-D etc.
• Conduct DOE for process optimization.
• Prepares process FMEA’s, control plan, facility layout plans, equipment changes and relocation, validations and verification.
